the basics
kceon.com is the official site of K Ceon, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By using this site, joining the list or buying something here, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
the content is ours
The music, videos, photos, artwork, writing, logos, Boss Files and everything else on this site belong to K Ceon or the people who licensed them to us. You can enjoy and share links to it. You can't copy, re-upload, sell or use it for anything commercial without written permission. "K Ceon" and related names and logos are our brand. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we're connected to you.
digital products
- What you get: when you buy a digital product, like a file from The Note or a Boss File, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself. You don't own the content itself.
- Don't pass it around: no reselling, reposting, sharing download links or uploading it anywhere. If it helped you, send people to get their own.
- Refunds: [REFUND POLICY — for example: "because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file doesn't work, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right."]
- Payments are handled by our checkout provider and are also subject to its terms.
agent pass and perks
Agent passes, early access, event perks like free entry for the first agents, and merch discounts are bonuses, not guarantees. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and depend on availability, venue capacity and each event's own rules. We may change or end perks at any time. A pass doesn't give anyone ownership of, or rights to, K Ceon's music or brand.
boss files are education, not advice
Boss Files share K Ceon's experience and general information. They aren't legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Laws, fees and platform rules change. Talk to a qualified professional before making big decisions. You're responsible for how you use the information.
emails and texts
If you join the list, you'll get emails, and texts if you opt in, about music, drops, shows and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and reply STOP to end texts. More details are in the privacy policy.
booking inquiries
Sending an inquiry through the booking form doesn't create an agreement or hold a date. A booking is confirmed only when both sides sign a written agreement and the deposit is paid.
using the site
Don't try to break, hack, scrape or overload the site, get around anything that's locked, or use it for anything illegal. We can block access for anyone who does.
other sites
We link to and embed other services, like streaming platforms, YouTube, Instagram and stores. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
no promises
The site and everything on it is provided "as is". We work to keep things accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Release dates, events and offers can change.
limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products. If we are found responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us for the product involved.
changes and the law
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA.
