privacy
how this site handles your info. plain english.
who we are
kceon.com is the official site of K Ceon, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: info@kceon.com.
what we collect
- When you join the list: your email, country, zip or postal code, and, if you choose, your phone number and whether you want texts.
- When you send a booking inquiry: your name, email and the project details you type in.
- When you get an agent pass or buy something: the name and email you enter, your agent number, and what you bought. Payments are handled by the checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects basic usage info like pages visited, device type and approximate location. It doesn't identify you by name.
- On your own device: the site saves a few small settings in your browser, like whether you closed the sign-up pop-up, accepted cookies or made an agent pass, so it doesn't keep asking.
how we use it
- to send the emails and texts you signed up for: new music, drops, show dates and offers
- to answer booking and business inquiries
- to deliver what you bought and the perks that come with it
- to see where fans are, so we can plan shows and content
- to understand what's working on the site and improve it
We don't sell your personal information.
who helps us run the site
We use a few outside services. They get only what they need to do their job:
- Kit (ConvertKit): stores the email list and sends emails
- FormSubmit: delivers booking inquiries to our inbox
- Google Analytics: site usage stats, only after you accept cookies
- [CHECKOUT PROVIDER]: payments and digital downloads
- [TEXTING PROVIDER]: text messages, once texting is turned on
- Embedded content from YouTube, Instagram (through Behold), Spotify and others. These services may set their own cookies when their content loads.
texts
If you opt in to texts, you agree to get recurring marketing texts from K Ceon at the number you gave. Consent isn't required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't share or sell your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.

Depending on where you live, like California or the EU and UK, you may have extra rights over your data. Email us and we'll help.
how long we keep it
We keep your info while you're on the list or while we need it for the reason you gave it, plus any time the law requires for things like purchase records. Unsubscribe or ask us, and we'll remove you.
kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us info, email us and we'll delete it.
security
We use reputable services and limit who can access your info. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
